LEVEL 1 - Basics of the Web Conference Rooms
For the Beginning Conference Room User... If this is your first time here, click on the "Guests" menu tab to the left, or click here. You will find a list of various tutorials, providing easy-to-follow written instructions with diagrams and an audio to follow along. You may also choose short videos if you prefer to watch how it's done.
LEVEL 2 - Web Conferencing for the Beginning Moderator
As the beginning room owner, it will take no time at all to look like a professional operator in the web conference room. Go to the Beginner Tutorials, or click here, and you will find a general video tour and then individuals tutorials for basic instructions.
LEVEL 3 - Web Conferencing for the Advanced Moderator
Advanced training for those who use their web conference rooms as a virtual office, presenting trainings and assistance within their business. After a few times of presenting in the room, you may choose to learn the advanced procedures, such as:
- various ways to show a PowerPoint in the room
- using the Whiteboard
- managing the Document Center
- displaying the Desktop Sharing features
