Step 1 - From the File menu, click on Save Text Chat.
Step 2 - The first item to check in the box that pops up is to designate where to save your recording. It should automatically show My Conference Recordings in the Save In field. If not, go to My Documents, then click on My Conference Recordings.
Step 3 - At the bottom of the same box, you will be asked to:
- In the field across from File name, name the file. I name it the same as what I called my recording.
- In Save as type... it should be a Text File.
- Click on Save.
