Step 1- When you have questions about anything in the room, you can:
- Visit the tutorials here on the website, or
- From the Gateway to the conference rooms, click on Help

Step 2- After clicking on Help, this page will appear. Varied topics are listed in "alphabetical order." When clicked on, you are taken to a tutorial page with instructions appearing in written, audio & video formats.

Step 3- Scroll down the page to where you see the section as shown above. Click on the red-colored link of the subject you want to know more about.

Step 4- You will now be brought to the tutorial page for that subject. Here you can:
- Simply read through the steps with the diagrams
- Listen to the audio and follow along with the diagrams
- Watch the video
