Step 1 - From the file menu, click on Open Recordings.
|
|
|
Step 2 - In the box that appears:
- Click on the recorded presentation you want to view
- Click on Preview
|
|
|
Step 3 - The presentation is opened in the web conference room.
- This example was a Power Point Presentation
- The recorded text chat area is displayed on the right side.
- The live text chat is on the left side.

Step 4 - You may also replay the presentation directly from your computer. Go to Windows Explorer, and then:
- Double-click on My Conference Recordings to open the file
- Locate and double-click on the name of the file you want to view
|
|
|
Step 5 - Now you see the contents of the Recorded Presentation. Out of the 6 files shown, 2 are important.
- To listen to the audio only, double-click on the file ending with .mp3 to initiate your audio player.
- To view the entire presentation, double click on the file ending with .htm to start it playing in a new browser window.
