Step 1- From the Menu bar, click on File and then on My Status. A fly-out box appears. Here you can indicate whether you are online or temporarily away from your computer. By default, a checkmark will be placed in front of "Online."

Step 2 - In the lower corner of the room where you see the list of users, you will not see an icon to the left of your name.
|

Step 3- When stepping away from your computer while still logged into the conference room:
- Click on File in the menu bar
- Click on My Status
- Then click on Away
|
|
|
Step 4- As seen above, an icon looking like a clock appears to the left of your name. When returning, reverse the process:
- Click on File in the menu bar
- Click on My Status
- Then click on Online
If you are a speaker in the room, once you press your control key to begin speaking, the "away" indicator will be disabled.
