Step 1- Paid presentations or private meetings may require the necessity to lock the web conference room to keep others from entering. There are 2 ways to implement locking the doors. Here's the first:
- From the Menu Bar, Click on Administration
- Click on Lock Room
- A checkmark will appear

Step 2- To unlock the web conference room, simply repeat the process.
- From the Menu Bar, Click on Administration
- Click on Lock Room
- The checkmark disappears and room is unlocked
|

|
Step 3- The second method for locking the room utilizes the small icons above the volume controls.
- Click on the 4th icon from the left.
- Click again to unlock the room.
|
|
|
Step 4- With both methods above, an indicator is located in the status bar at the bottom of the conference room to notify you that the room is locked.
|
