Step 1- For your audience to view what you see on your screen, you must synchronize your browser or turn on "Follow Me."
- In the Menu Bar, click on Administration.
- From the drop down menu, clickon Follow Me.
- A checkmark will appear to indicate it is "on."
- The keyboard shortcut is the F3 function key.

Step 2- To turn it off again, repeat the process.
- In the Menu Bar, click on Administration.
- From the drop down menu, click on Follow Me.
- The checkmark will now disappear to indicate it is "off."
- The keyboard shortcut is again the F3 function key.

Step 3- In the status bar at the bottom of the room, the letters "sync" appear to indicate that this feature is turned "on."

|
Step 4- There is a second method for engaging "follow me."
- Click on the icon above the volume controls that looks like a person running.
- Click again to turn it off.

Step 5- You will now see the icon to the right of the moderator who is using this feature.
