Step 1- Several situations exist where servers drop packets under heavy loads. The heavy loads can happen when the presentation is loaded with images and also if there is continuous audio.
This will be apparent more with Dial-Up or slower internet connections. You might notice this by the timing of a audio being ahead of the slides in a PowerPoint presentation, or far behind when web site pages are being displayed (pushed).
By clicking on "Enable Drop Packets" if will detect the congestion, and drop packets of sound in order to better synchronize the audio with the presentation content. You may notice a short period of audio breakup for those users who are effected by this.
Since this is not a toggle button, no checkmark appears. There also is no drop down box for further direction. It will automatically work without further action on your part.
