Step 1 - In the Public Chat area, you're seeing different colors of text for each user. You can select your own text color, font type, size and style. That selection is stored until you change it again.

Step 2 - To change it, click on Font.
|
|
|
Step 3 - In the box that appears, you are given a number of choices.
- Choose the type of font.
- Select your desired font style.
- Click on the size.
- Select from a limited number of colors here.
- Click on OK.
Now, type a message to view your selections. Try several to test them in the web conference room. You may change them as often as you want.

Step 4 - As you noticed, these are a limited number of colors to choose from.

Step 5 - Click on the red and blue squares to view the Custom Color Palette.
|
|
|
Step 6 - In the Basic Colors Palette here you find a wider variety of colors.
- When you select one, it shows in the Color Solid box to give you a better view.
- Click on OK.

Step 7 - Still want something a little different? Here's how to customize your color choices.
- Grab hold of the small black arrow by left clicking your mouse, hold and drag the arrow up for lighter tones, down for darker tones.
- Do the same thing with the crosshairs icon. Move it in any direction you want.
- In the box at #3, the color you've created is displayed here in Color Solid.
- Once you've found a color that you want, click on the "Add to Custom Colors" Button. Notice how it moves into the Custom Colors palette. To add another Custom Color, click in one of the small white boxes under Custom Colors first, then repeat steps 1-4 again.
- Click on OK to select your chosen custom color for the Public Chat.
