First Time Users
1) Is this your first time entering one of our conference rooms? Then, click here first.
2) Follow the instructions on that page to download a small piece of software (plug-in). With a high-speed internet connection, it should take only a minute (dial-up users - approximately 5-8 minutes).
3) When finished, close that page. This page will still be here waiting for you. Then, go to the top of the page, type in your name, and press "enter" to join the webinar.
Prior to the Presentation
Now that you've downloaded the TalkCom plugin, take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the web conference room.

Who Is Alicen Webb?
Hi There! My name is Alicen and I am here to help you get comfortable with your conference room and all the things you can do in your virtual office.
The first thing I did when I started using web conference rooms about a year ago was click on everything. I logged myself out by mistake, I muted everything and could not figure out what happened to my sound . . . well, you get the picture - basically, what I did was all the WRONG things. Fast forward about a year and you will find that we have made it a lot easier to learn how to use your virtual office. We have instructions in all the various media - text, audio and video.
We learned that each of us has our own method of learning and that "one size does NOT necessarily fit all." So with that in mind, we have tried to offer all the different ways to learn and let you choose your own style.
I really enjoy helping you get the most out of using your own virtual office. I love learning what each of you do and all the original ideas you have in using this wonderful new technology. So, with all that said, come on in and let the adventure begin!!!
